I have dedicated over 20 years of working and studying to enhance the lives of others with professional social work skills. S. Watson Counseling Services, LLC will carry on that mission by providing individuals with mental health services ensuring individuals live their lives to the fullest. My counseling approach focuses on building on strengths with emotional awareness and identifying negative patterns empowering individuals to take steps in making appropriate changes to obtain different outcomes. Changes include - the ways of thinking, reacting, and communicating. My services not only identify strengths and weaknesses but provide methods that ensure healthy, successful and fulfilling lifestyles.

As a clinical social worker, I look forward in providing individual, group, and family therapy to assess, diagnose, treat and prevent mental illness, as well as emotional and behavioral disturbances. My role is to act as an advocate to improve the lives of clients. I specialize in Anxiety, Anger Management, Relationship Problems, Women’s Issues, Domestic Violence, Depression, Trauma, Grief, ADHD and behavioral problems in individuals ages 5 years old to 99yo.
